How to submit a postcard to the postcard gallery

Schools and teachers

If you have more than 5 postcards to upload, please email postcards @ createthefuture.earth (no spaces) and we will provide an alternative way for you to submit your postcards, including via post if you prefer.

Postcard checklist

Before you hit submit, please check…

  • Have you included any personal data (e.g names/addresses) that you are not happy for us to publish on our website?
    • We will do our best to erase or hide any personal data e.g surnames or addresses before uploading to the website – but by submitting your postcard, you consent for us to publish it as provided.
  • Have you accidentally included any personal data that is not yours to provide – for example, a friend or family member’s address?
    • Please use a photo editor (the one on your phone will do!) to edit/hide any personal data that is not yours.
  • If sending your postcard to an MP or Councillor, don’t forget to include your full name and postcard before you put it in the post, so that they know it is from a real constituent!
